Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MCD Games, LLC ("MCD Games," "we," "us," or "our"). SMS Messaging Program Terms

MCD Games, LLC operates a personal SMS assistant service (the "Messaging Program") used by the account owner and a small set of known contacts who have opted in.

  • Program description: conversational text messages between opted-in recipients and the assistant, including reminders, answers to questions, and household coordination.
  • Opt-in: participation is limited to individuals personally known to the account owner who have consented to receive messages, verbally and/or by initiating a text conversation with the program number.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with the service. This is recurring, conversational messaging.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message. Reply START to re-subscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact info@mcd.games.
  • Supported carriers: major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: our handling of your phone number and message content is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Services, including games, artwork, text, and branding, is owned by MCD Games, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCD Games, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
