Our Privacy-First Approach

We believe privacy is compatible with building great apps. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our games are used and to fix issues, but we do not collect personal information, use advertising networks, or sell data to third parties.

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how our games are used, identify crashes, and improve the player experience. TelemetryDeck collects:

  • App version and build number
  • Device type and operating system version
  • Anonymous session signals (app launches, feature usage)
  • Crash and error reports
  • Aggregate usage patterns

Information We Do Not Collect

TelemetryDeck is designed to provide insights without compromising privacy. We do not collect:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
  • Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IDFA
  • Precise location information
  • IP addresses (TelemetryDeck discards these immediately)
  • Any data that could identify you personally

The data we receive is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify individual users or link sessions to specific people.

Local Device Storage

Our games store certain information locally on your device to provide core functionality:

  • Game Progress: High scores, level completion, and saved game states
  • Preferences: Sound settings, visual preferences, and other customizations

This data is stored using iOS's built-in storage systems and never leaves your device. When you uninstall the app, this data is automatically removed. We cannot access, retrieve, or recover this information.

Apple Game Center

Some of our games offer optional integration with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you choose to use Game Center:

  • Appleā€”not MCD Gamesā€”manages your Game Center profile, nickname, and scores
  • We do not have access to your Apple ID, email address, or any personal information
  • Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
  • You can disable Game Center at any time in your device's Settings

Third-Party Services

Our games integrate with the following third-party services:

  • TelemetryDeck: Privacy-focused analytics. TelemetryDeck processes anonymous usage data on our behalf and does not sell or share data with other parties. See TelemetryDeck's Privacy Policy.
  • Apple Game Center (optional): Leaderboards and achievements, managed entirely by Apple.

We do not use advertising networks or sell data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our games are designed to be safe for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, our games are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. Parents can feel confident that their children's privacy is protected.

International Users

Because we do not collect or transfer personal data, there are no cross-border data transfers to consider. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions can use our Services without concerns about international data transfers.

Your Rights

Privacy laws in various jurisdictions grant users certain rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port their data. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete. Your game data remains entirely under your control on your device.

Data Security

We minimize data collection to reduce risk. The anonymous analytics data processed by TelemetryDeck cannot be used to identify you, even in the event of a data breach. We do not store personal information on our servers.
